    I ordered customized t-shirts and provided detailed tech packs for the goods. From the beginning the supplier produced a first batch without doing a pre-production sample like we agreed. I requested fotos of the labels and customized parts, which were all wrong. The supplier produced a second batch where I requested a picture of every label before sending the order to avoid what now happend - that unacceptable goods will be sent to me. Everything looked correct. When the goods arrived I saw that one label on all items had printed FOLD HERE, an instruction from my tech pack, on all of the shirts. The mistake was not included in order for me to make the second payment and the goods could be shipped. No refund was offered because I already received the goods and everything was produced „according to tech pack“. He expected me to paint over the labels and no replacement was offered. This has been the worst experience I ever had on Alibaba.

After the problem occurred, I actively communicated with you to try to solve the problem, and clearly expressed my willingness to reprint the correct side label and send it over. You can process it yourself and make some compensation. It was originally a small problem, but you ignored my active communication and directly applied for a full refund before applying for arbitration. We made it entirely according to the technical package you provided, and customized goods cannot be returned or refunded. We are all merchants, which is common sense. When encountering customers like you, I am also helpless and have no choice. There is room for communication
